To ensure the best service and meet your needs, please allow at least 5 business days for orders, especially for larger events. We are also here to accommodate any last-minute requests whenever possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out! If you are using Erie School District funds, please remember to create a Purchase Order (P.O.) in CSIU. For more information, contact the Erie School District Finance Department.
Our pricing applies to events scheduled during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. For events outside these hours, we will provide a quote per person, and additional charges for after-hours staffing will apply.
It is essential to coordinate your room bookings before contacting Dining Services. Metz cannot book or reserve space for events. Please reach out to your school office or building contact.
Please contact your building engineer if your event requires tables, furniture, or trash bins.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please provide an estimated guest count when booking your event and a final count three business days before the event. This helps us keep everything organized and enjoyable for everyone!
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your event. We appreciate your understanding!
Are you looking for rentals of china, linen, cutlery, or glassware? We offer those as well! You can find pricing details through your catering contact. Additionally, we provide plated service for those who prefer it.
Your safety is our top priority! We recommend enjoying your meal fresh and not taking perishable leftovers for everyone's well-being. Please note that no credit will be given for leftover food. All food service equipment, decorations, flowers, and other items provided by the Erie School District catering department remain their property. We kindly ask that you do not remove any equipment from the function area.
If you have any special dietary requests, please inform us beforehand, and we will be pleased to accommodate them!
For events with students attending from midnight to a half-hour after school ends, all menu items must follow the NSLP Smart Snack guidelines. We're happy to help you navigate this!
